Guarantee Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by advance deposit or by valid credit card at the time of bookings. Credit card can be pre authorize within 48 hours. If the credit card declined, booking is considered invalid and hotel will not guarantee the booking unless you assure your arrival with the hotel management.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed until 3 days prior to your arrival date local time for booking up to 6 nights. Failing to cancel 3 days prior to arrival subject to one night cancellation charge. All bookings for more than 6 nights need to be cancelled 7 days in advance and are subject to 3 nights penalty charge. In the event of no-show or cancellation made outside the cancellation policy time frame credit card will be charged or the cancellation amount will be deducted from.
